☀ International Shipping

Shubhaang Tanjore Art takes utmost care in packaging every artwork for safe delivery. However, once the shipment has been handed over to the courier service, we shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, theft, or damage during transit. Any insurance claim, where applicable, must be made directly with the respective courier company such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any other shipping partner.

Terms & Conditions – Customized Tanjore Paintings

1. Customized Artwork Policy

Every Tanjore painting is handcrafted and created specifically according to the customer's requirements. Since each artwork is uniquely customized, once the order is confirmed and production has commenced, cancellation is not permitted.

2. No Refund Policy

As every painting is custom-made and handcrafted, no refund shall be issued after confirmation of the order under any circumstances.

3. Production & Delivery Timeline

Each Tanjore painting undergoes multiple handcrafted processes including sketching, embossing, stone setting, 22K gold foil work, drying, colouring, detailing, finishing, framing, and quality inspection. Therefore, a fixed or guaranteed delivery date cannot be assured.

4. Estimated Delivery

Any delivery timeline communicated by us is only an estimated timeframe and should not be treated as a guaranteed commitment. Delivery may be extended depending on artwork complexity, customer revision requests, availability of materials, artisan workload, or other production requirements.

5. Ready-to-Ship & Made-to-Order Paintings

1. Ready-to-Ship Paintings: Paintings marked as Ready to Ship will be dispatched within 24 hours of successful order confirmation and payment.
2. Made-to-Order / Customized Paintings: Paintings that are not available in stock will be handcrafted and completed within an estimated 15 working days from the date of order confirmation. This timeline is subject to the terms mentioned under Estimated Delivery and Force Majeure.

6. Force Majeure

Shubhaang Tanjore Art shall not be liable for delays arising due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

1. Floods, cyclones, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
2. Fire accidents
3. Government restrictions or lockdowns
4. Transportation or courier disruptions
5. Power outages
6. Shortage of raw materials
7. Labour disruptions or other unforeseen events

In such situations, delivery timelines shall automatically stand extended.

7. Courier & Transit Responsibility

Once the completed artwork has been handed over to the courier or transport company, the responsibility for delivery rests entirely with the courier service. Shubhaang Tanjore Art shall not be liable for transit delays, loss, theft, or physical damage caused during shipping. Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery and report any transit damage immediately to the courier company.

8. Customer Approvals & Modifications

Once a design, sketch, size, colour scheme, or any production stage has been approved by the customer, any subsequent modifications may involve additional charges and may also extend the delivery timeline.

9. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Every Tanjore painting is a handcrafted work of art. Minor variations in colour, brush strokes, texture, embossing, stone placement, or gold foil finish are natural characteristics of handmade artwork and should not be considered defects.

10. Product Images

The images displayed on our website and social media platforms are intended for reference purposes. Due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of each artwork, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Shubhaang Tanjore Art, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
