At Shubhaang Tanjore Art, every artwork is handcrafted with precision and care. Shipping timelines vary depending on whether the painting is Ready to Ship or Made to Order.
Processing Time
Ready-to-Ship Paintings
Paintings listed under the Ready to Ship category will be dispatched within 24 hours of successful order confirmation and payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Made-to-Order & Customized Paintings
All other paintings are handcrafted after the order is confirmed. The standard production time is approximately 15 to 30 working days, depending on:
- Size of the painting
- Subject complexity
- Customization requirements
- Gold foil and embossing work
- Drying and finishing process
For larger or highly customized artworks, additional production time may be required.
Delivery Timeline
The delivery date communicated at the time of order is only an estimated timeline and not a guaranteed delivery commitment. Delivery may vary depending on production, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping Policy
At Shubhaang Tanjore Art, we proudly ship our handcrafted Tanjore paintings worldwide. Every artwork is securely packed using premium protective materials to ensure safe international transit.
International Shipping Charges
International shipping charges are calculated based on the final packed dimensions, weight of the artwork, destination country, and the courier partner selected.
The shipping charges displayed or communicated before dispatch are approximate estimates and may vary depending on the final package specifications.
Courier companies calculate shipping costs using either the actual weight or the volumetric (dimensional) weight, whichever is higher.
Volumetric Weight Formula
Dimensional Weight (kg) = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000
If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, the courier company will calculate the shipping charges based on the volumetric weight.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, local taxes, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
These charges, if applicable, are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country and must be paid by the customer.
As customs regulations differ from country to country, Shubhaang Tanjore Art has no control over these charges and is unable to estimate or predict the amount payable.
International Shipping Disclaimer
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier company (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or any other logistics partner), Shubhaang Tanjore Art shall not be held responsible for any delay, loss, theft, damage, customs clearance issues, or other transit-related incidents.
Where shipment insurance has been purchased, any claim for loss or damage must be filed directly with the respective courier company in accordance with their claims procedure.
